Registration Information

In order to register you need

  • to create an account at the sciencesconf.org system by the following link:

  • to be logged
The registration fee includes accommodation and full board from October 15th (Sunday dinner) to October 20th, (Friday lunch), coffee breaks, welcome and poster cocktails and conference dinner.
           
600 € (incl. VAT 20 %) for single room
500 € (incl. VAT 20 %) for each person in a shared apartment (2 bed in the same bedroom)
 
A 50 € discount will be granted for payments made before August 18th (550 € for single room, 450 € for shared accomodation)
                                                                                             
Registration will be valid only if accompanied by corresponding payment
Registrations will be officially acknowledged after receipt of the fees
 
If you wish vegetarian meals, please indicate it in "Special diet"
 
Excursion : 20 € have to be paid with the participant registration fees

 Accompanying person :

 For accompanying persons wishing to attend, the charges are :

  • Accommodation:  30 €/day + 1€/day (local fees)
  • Breakfast : 12€
  • Meals: 34 € each
  • Conference dinner: 47€
  • Excursion: 20 €

 Accommodation supplements will be paid directly to the hotel.

 Conference dinner and excursion have to be paid with the participant registration fees.
