Accompanying persons

For accompanying persons wishing to attend, the charges are :

  • Room supplement : 31 €/day (inclunding 1€ local fee)

  • Breakfast : 12 €/day

  • Lunch and dinner : 34 €/meal                

  • Conference dinner : 47 €

  • Excursion : 20 €

 Accommodation supplements will be paid directly to the hotel.

Conference dinner and excursion have to be paid with the participant registration fees.
